A Passion for People
and Their Stories

"I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and understood."

I am a mom of three amazing children, entrepreneur, music teacher, photographer, and homeschool teacher. My work is deeply personal — it's not just a job, it's a calling to show up for families and students in a meaningful way.

I treasure my time working 1:1 with families and students. Tailoring each session to my clients' and students' individual needs is one of the most important parts about my position as a teacher and photographer.

Since 2008, SW Studios has been teaching private music lessons and professionally photographing families and events across Arizona. Every year, I'm honored to work with new faces and continue growing alongside the families I serve.

What Drives This Work

Core Values

Be Seen

Every person who walks into a session deserves to feel truly noticed and acknowledged — not just photographed or instructed.

Be Heard

Listening to what a client or student actually wants and needs is the foundation of every session, lesson, and interaction.

Be Understood

Whether it's a student learning music or a family sitting for portraits, understanding their unique story shapes everything.

Personal Touch

No two sessions are alike. Each experience is tailored — because one-size-fits-all doesn't belong in art or education.
